The conference will be held at the NAVCANADA CONFERENCE AND TRAINING CENTRE. A block of rooms  has been reserved for conference delegates. This is first come first serve basis.
 
Room Rate Includes: $ rates are subject to Provincial Hotel Room Tax (PST) 5% and Federal Goods and Services Tax (GST) 7%. includes 3 meals per day.

Check- in / Check- out Times:
Participants may check in anytime after 4:00 pm. Anyone requiring early access to their room will be charged an additional $50.00 Final room check-out is 12:00 noon on the last day of your stay. A $25.00 late check-out

Conference Centre
NAVCANADA is more than just another conference facility, the NAV CANADA Conference Centre offers a wide variety of products and services which guarantees your event's success.

The Centre was designed to provide a full spectrum of on-site residential services. Four residences are connected to the NAVCANADA Training Institute and Conference Centre which contain a total of 450 individual bedrooms. The Centre's residential services reception desk is open 24 hours a day and can lend assistance as required.

TRAVEL TO CORNWALL

BY CAR
The City of Cornwall is situated along the McDonald Cartier Freeway (Highway 401) providing direct routes east to Montreal and Quebec City (Quebec), and west to Toronto and Windsor (Ontario). Highways #417 and #138 provide a direct route to and from Ottawa (Ontario), Canada's Capital. From the United States, you are in Cornwall once you cross the Seaway International Bridge just minutes from Massena, New York.

TO NAVCANADA FACILITY
The NAVCANADA Training Institute and Conference Centre is located in 1950 Montreal Road Cornwall, Ontario close to Montreal, Ottawa and just a few minutes from New York state. Via Highway #401, exit 796, south on Boundary Rd. to Montreal Road, then turn right and proceed 2 km to centre. NAVCANADA reservations must be made on the Conference Registration form 1950 Montreal Rd., Cornwall, ON

BY TRAIN

Cornwall is located on VIA Rail's main corridor from Central Quebec (Quebec City and Montreal) to Central & Southern Ontario (Toronto and Windsor). It is served by 14 trains daily.

BY PLANE
Cornwall is only one hour from two international airports Ottawa International Airport, and Dorval International Airport. Booking a flight 14 days prior to departure and staying over a Saturday night is the best value for your travel dollar. Note: When flying into Dorval (Montreal) the Train (Via Rail)  is available to Cornwall ( Via Rail offers a free shuttle service from the Airport to its station in Dorval)
