Twenty two environmentally minded individuals participated in the River Institute’s Annual Earth Day Shore Line Garbage Clean-up. Participants included staff from the River Institute, students from St. Lawrence College, and other community volunteers. Thirty-one bags of garbage, two shopping carts, two full size bike racks and a set of mattress springs were among the items collected from the St. Lawrence’s shoreline.
